Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking link so you can follow your package every step of the way.
Please ensure your address is correct at checkout. If the address is entered incorrectly and the order has already shipped, we are unable to make changes.

Due to the nature of skincare products and for hygiene reasons, returns are only accepted if the item is:
• Unused
• Unopened
• In its original packaging
If your product arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please reach out to us immediately with photos and we will make it right.
Opened, used, or partially used skincare products cannot be returned for safety reasons.
Once your return is approved and received, we’ll process your refund to your original payment method. Please allow 3–5 business days for processing.
Return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
